To be reimbursed for UChurch expenses, print and submit the following form. Please note that reimbursement forms must be submitted within one month from the time of purchase.

UChurch Reimbursement Form

To plan a UChurch retreat:

1. Thoroughly plan your retreat, then fill out the UChurch Retreat Proposal Form. Email your completed form to events@uchurch.ca.
2. Compose written content to post on the UChurch website. Include retreat details within this content (dates, times, location, audience, activities planned, etc.). Email completed content to events@uchurch.ca.
3. Work with UChurch Communications to create an online registration form for your retreat.
4. You will receive a Release Waiver for participants of your retreat via email. Please ensure that as participants register, they also fill out and submit a Release Waiver back to you. Waivers for all participants must be submitted at least one week in advance of your retreat start date, at the same time as your final registration funds are submitted.
5. Print an Event Funds Deposit Envelope in which to enclose all registration payment received on a weekly basis. This envelope should be placed in a UChurch offering plate every Sunday so that funds may be counted by our finance team. If it is impossible to place the envelope in an offering plate on Sunday, contact events@uchurch.ca to arrange drop off.
6. As you are responsible for balancing the finances for your retreat, keep an accurate record of all registrants and the amounts they have paid. The most effective way to do this is by using the registration form/spreadsheet created together with UChurch Communications. Please note that all funds must be finalized and submitted at least one week in advance of your retreat start date.
7. Submit a Funds Requisition Form so that UChurch might pay the appropriate upfront costs (venue rental, etc.). Be aware that your retreat can only be paid for if sufficient registration funds come in.
8. After the retreat, gather and submit a few photos and testimonies to events@uchurch.ca. These will be shared on the UChurch website as testimony of God’s goodness! In addition, identify a few individuals to share stories of the retreat during a Sunday morning celebration.
