It’s been almost a week since Jeremiah, Marlo and Jean returned home. Nathaneal and Jessica are so happy to have dad, mom and baby brother back home. It is such a blessing to have the family all together again.

Today is the 6th day since the femoral line was pulled and Jeremiah has been without fluids. Once again, he has beaten the odds. The doctors did not expect him to survive past Thursday and yet he is still with us, stable and peaceful. The most amazing thing is that Jeremiah, even in this very debilitated state, continues to teach us and enrich our lives.

God has given Marlo and Jean several words that they wanted to share with you:

From Marlo:

“Unless you people see miraculous sins and wonders,” Jesus told him, “you will never believe.” ~ John 4:48 ~

“Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” ~ John 20:29 ~

God continually speaks to Marlo, “Keep believing!”

From Jean:

“Not to us, O LORD, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness […] O house of Israel, trust in the LORD — he is their help and shield. O house of Aaron, trust in the LORD — he is their help and shield. You who fear him, trust in the LORD — he is their help and shield. The LORD remembers us and will bless us: He will bless the house of Israel, he will bless the house of Aaron, he will bless those who fear the LORD — small and great alike. May the LORD make you increase, both you and your children. May you be blessed by the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.” ~ Psalm 115:1, 9-15 ~

“I love the LORD, for he hear my voice; he heard my cry for mercy. Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live. The cords of death entangles me, the anguish of the grave came upon me; I was overcome by trouble and sorrow. then I called on the name of the LORD: O LORD, save me!” The LORD is gracious and righteous; Our God is full of compassion. The LORD protects the simplehearted; when I was in great need, he saved me. Be at rest once more, O my soul, for the LORD has been good to you.” ~ Psalm 116:1-7 ~

God reminds Jean daily, “Trust in the LORD!”

Please continue to join us as we believe for complete healing for wee Jeremiah. Wait upon the LORD. Put your faith in the Almighty God and trust in Him alone! Thank you for walking this journey with Marlo, Jean and the entire Abalos family. You are an amazing encouragement and a great blessing to them all.

May the LORD bless you abundantly on this, His Sabbath.
