After a great deal of consulting with the LORD and then the wonderful doctors at the hospice, Marlo and Jean have made the decision to take Jeremiah home. At 2:30 this afternoon, Dr. Mala tenderly and lovingly pulled the line from Jeremiah’s femoral artery, thus discontinuing all intravenous support. Marlo and Jean have decided to let God do what God is going to do, without interference from man. Their prayer is still the same, God may your will be done. They have not stopped asking Him for complete healing and at the same time they realize that the answer to that prayer may lie in the healing he receives in heaven. I would ask that you continue to join them in their prayer.
This evening they will be home in their own beds – Marlo, Jean, Jeremiah, Jessica and Nathaneal at home together – what a blessing that will be.
Tomorrow is a very special day. It is J-boy’s 2nd birthday! And, there will be a party fit for the son of a King! Please pray that tomorrow will be a wonderful and meaningful celebration for the Abalos family.
